With over 30 years of experience, Rubicon’s team of proficient structural engineers performs analysis, design, and construction of residential, commercial, and industrial projects for the private and public sectors, including:

• Perform and manage structural engineering, analysis, design, and construction of a variety of structures, including bridges, transit projects, underground cut-and-cover transit projects, the underpinning of historic buildings, multistory steel buildings, deep foundation systems, tilt-up structures, seismic retrofit of essential facilities, base-isolated structures, structures equipped with viscous dampers, hillside residential buildings, concrete warehouses, and underground vaults,
• Perform structural and seismic evaluation and retrofit studies of existing buildings, including preparation of as-built drawings.
• Provide construction supervision and structural observations.
• Provide expert opinion and prepare reports to address structural integrity and construction defects.
